Biofibre tablets belong to the laxative group.

How do herbal laxative tablets work?
They improve the body's ability to eliminate waste while supporting the bowels to empty themselves regularly and effectively.

Medicinal Uses of Biofibre Tablets
Constipation is generally described as a condition in which bowel movements occur less than three times a week.
Although constipation is a very common condition, some people suffer from chronic constipation, which can interfere with their ability to perform daily tasks.
Chronic constipation may also cause people to strain excessively to have a bowel movement.

How to Use Biofibre Tablets
4–12 tablets daily as needed, unless otherwise directed.
Swallow the tablet whole with plenty of liquid.
Doses may be altered in some special cases, so always follow the instructions of your doctor or pharmacist.
If you take more than you should, consult a doctor or go to the hospital immediately. If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it is almost time for your next dose.
Do not take a double dose (two doses at the same time) to make up for a missed dose.
